We thought about just renewing the laminate counter tops, but it seemed a lot of work just for new Formica – we eventually decided on a solid surface like Corian, and glad we did! Nothing is simple though -

Hasse sails are going to be awesome! This refit is finally coming together. Whew. Now if I could only figure out where to get a new stove & oven

We plan to be off the hard and the refit finished by then, so hoping to get a nav course and SSB course in that time. Thanks for any info!!
