This class goes beyond the basics of operating your boat.  Topics include boat handling and docking, anchoring, cruising resources, emergencies (how to avoid or if needed, to handle), risk management, and more.  The idea is to operate with the mindset of a professional because this enhances your safety and pleasure – and that of your family and friends. Sprinkled with local knowledge because it is taught by an experienced sail and power boater who has cruised the Inside Passage into Alaska.
