Three Sheets NW needs you!
Jan 22 2013 in Announcements by Marty McOmber
We need your help!
We are plotting our course for the future of Three Sheets Northwest and we want to hear from you about how we can make the site an even better source for local boating news, community and resources.
All you need to do is take a few minutes to fill out a painless online survey. We’ll ask you a little bit about where you boat and what kinds of local boating information you find the most valuable.
Just click here for the survey or copy and paste http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KQG8DFL in your browser’s address bar.
The results of the survey will help us as we add new features and content to the site and determine its direction moving forward. If you love reading Three Sheets Northwest, then this is your chance to play a part in making it even better. Cool, right?
When we started Three Sheets Northwest four years ago, we had a hunch that people wanted a fresh voice and a fresh approach to covering local boating news and other information. Based on the incredible response and support from readers like you, we were right.
Our goal for the site has always been not just to provide news and resources, though that’s a critical part of what we do, but also to build an online community of boaters who will see their experiences, voices and interests reflected on the site.
Put simply, you are the reason we exist. So we want to know what you think of what we’re doing and how we might improve. With that in mind, we hope you’ll take a minute to fill out the survey.
Thanks in advance for lending a hand and for contributing to building the best local online boating community in the Northwest.

Wondering if you do notices for local yacht clubs. For instance Mukilteo Yacht Club hosts an Opening Day and Blessing of the Fleet in May. The event is certainly not on the scale of the Seattle event. It does show the enthusiasm of boating in our area. Also we have a membership drive at dockside the second weekending May. Is this something you might write about or allow us to create an article for publication? Also in December we have a lighted boat parade between Everett Marina and Mukilteo Lighthouse with a participation of 30-40 boats.
Thanks See you at the Boat Sow

Hi Carol,
Anyone is able to post boating-related events on our free online calendar. Just click the link on the sidebar of the website to submit an event. Just fill out the online form. Easy!
